ABOUT

201 Pine Street

The Sinclaire House was built in 1890 by H. P. Sinclaire Sr., the first secretary of today’s Corning Incorporated. It features high ceilings, beautiful trim molding, and grand shared spaces, including a matching garage and off-street parking.

The house is located in an elegant residential neighborhood just 4 blocks from the middle of Market Street. You can easily walk to restaurants, shopping, Cedar Arts Center, and other services.
